Delivery, payment & returns

We deliver to every city we serve across Pakistan. Delivery costs Rs 250, or less in some cities (you'll see the exact amount at checkout).

Orders over Rs 5,000 get free delivery.

After you order we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp, pack it and hand it to the courier. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the city.

Pay by Easypaisa or JazzCash. After you place your order we show you the number to send the total to (the same number for both). Send us the screenshot on WhatsApp and we pack your order as soon as we see it.

Your order isn't packed until the payment is confirmed. If you change your mind, tell us on WhatsApp and we'll cancel it.

Every parcel arrives in plain packaging with a neutral sender name. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.

We only use your phone number and address to deliver your order, and we never share them for anything else. Our privacy policy has the details.

Makeup and accessories: if something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it.

Lingerie and other intimate wear are final sale. For hygiene reasons they cannot be returned. We exchange them only for a wrong size or a fault, if they are unworn and still have their tags. Not sure of your size? Check the size guide or ask us before you order.
